Private sessions can be run for 1 or 2 people and are a great way learn at your own pace. 

Whether you want to slow things down and work on technique or you want to get your heart rate up in order to improve fitness, our private sessions are tailored to your goals. 

Our private sessions are totally mobile!
We can come to you, we can take them outside or we'll book an indoor space that suits you.
